Nyasa Big Bullets have managed to maintain their posititon on the log table after scoring the most goals at the weekend.

A total of seven goals were scored in the topflight Super league on Sunday.

Nyasa Big Bullets were the biggest scorers, thrashing defending Champions Kamuzu Barracks by three goals to nil.

Chiukepo Msowoya claimed a brace with the other goal coming from defender Emmanuel Zoya.

The win means that the Bullets maintain third position on the log table with 38 points from 19 games.

They are a point behind Silver Strikers who could only afford a one-all draw away to Dwangwa United.

It means the bankers have drawn three of the four games they have played in the second round. They are now five points behind leaders Be Forward Wanderers having played a game more.

In other matches, Mzuni FC beat city rivals Moyale Barracks by a goal to nil while Wizards poor form continued having lost 1-nil to visiting MAFCO.
