As the transfer window is about to close this coming Friday, Karonga United has released a list of players who have been released on loan.

The window opened on the 31st of July ahead of the break marking the elapse of the first round of the TNM Super League.

A statement signed by the Karonga United Vice General Secretary Ramzy Simwaka shows that six players have been released on loan.

According to the statement Simwaka reveals that the names are Blessings Chimbaza, Muddy Jeoffrey, Charles Chilembo, Mike Matola, and Olmo Kang’oma.

He says the release of players comes after the resolution of the team that they may be taken by anyone who may need their services on loan.

The players are at liberty to go to a team of their choice whether in the elite league or in any other regional or district league.

Karonga United has benefitted from this transfer window after selling Aziz Mwakifuna to Nyasa Big Bullets early this month.

The window has not been active as not a lot of teams have not signed players and the offloading of players has also been minimal.

The northern region team, Karonga United, finished on number eleven with sixteen points.
